Nowhere To Run: Psalm 139

Nowhere To Run

In all my thoughts I could not pick this Psalm apart.  Psalm 139 is a favorite of mine.  It contains so much power through love and sincerity, there is just no way to break it down into only a couple verses.  I am very excited about this post.  Psalm 139 has such great meaning to me, in which I hope to pass onto you as well.We are told here in this Psalm 139 that God is with us no matter what.  It even tells us we could run and hide in hell and he will be there with us.  Is there anyone, anyone at all on this earth that would walk through hell with you?  I mean literally walk through hell with you.  I highly doubt it.  God would.  Here’s the catch though, God would never even let you make it to hell.  You can’t escape God, you can’t hide anything from him, you can’t run.  No matter what you do, he will always be one step ahead of you, one step behind you, and one step to the left and to the right of you.  You are surrounded by God, you cannot escape him.  He has got you surrounded by his great power and love.  He is your fearless, mighty, and powerful conqueror.

I’d like you to consider for a moment the love of the person that loves you the most.  Possibly your spouse, children, siblings…, and I’d like you to now consider their love for you.  Ask yourself these questions; Does this person know what you are going to do before you do it?  Does this person know what you will say before you say it?  Can this person hear the thoughts in your mind and heart?   A person can know you well enough to pick up on normality’s, or they have learned ways about you, and the way you think.  So to answer that, maybe somewhat, but only to a degree.  God however; is the only one that truely knows you.  It doesn’t matter how well a person knows you or loves you, your father in heaven is the only one who truely, and deeply knows and loves you.  He loves you so much that he knows what you think, what you feel, what you say, and what you do before you even know.

The Lord your God created you, he saw you before you were even formed.  Nobody else, not even your mother saw you before you were formed.  Your father in heaven has seen you in ways that nobody on this earth ever will.  From the dust of the earth he created you in his image that which to him was individual, and beautiful, and glorious.  Then he admired you so much that he wrote your name and all the days of your life in his book.

You specifically were created, and you were put in Gods book of Life.  You are an amazing soul, and I know this because God created you.  He took his time in molding you and putting you together, with so much love and admiration for you.  When you feel like running, look to your left, look to your right, look in front of you, and behind you.  Wherever you look your father in heaven will always be there with open arms waiting for you.  God Bless You (-:

Faith: Matthew 8;5-13

What does faith mean to you?  Where does your faith come from?  How deep does your faith run?  When trouble comes, do you cling to your faith, or do you rely on your own understanding?  In my opinion, faith is something we are born with.  When you look at a little child, there is minimal fear.  They have complete trust.  They believe everything you tell them for the simple fact that you told them so.  A child has just come from God’s hands of creation where that child has only been shown love, truth, honesty, faithfulness, and purity.  Then the child is put into this world, and for a few years the child holds onto all of the things he felt in the hands of God as he was being created.  As the years pass the child begins to lose, and forget the things God created him with, because he sees the world, and he sees the world does not possess the things God created him with.  If we as parents do our jobs correctly and keep our children in faith, love, honesty, and truth, and most importantly, keep God both in our homes and outside our homes then our children will be able to keep the things that God hand created them with.

All through the bible we read of men and women with great and deep faiths.  One of which is a centurion from Capernaum that we read about in Matthew 8;5-13.  When Jesus entered Capernaum, the centurion came to him and asked for healing for his servant who was paralyzed and suffering.  Jesus said he would go and heal the servant, but the centurion knew he was not worthy to have a man such as Jesus enter his home. With soldiers and servants under him, the centurion admits that he, himself is also a man under authority. This man, the centurion, knowing full well he was not worthy, and deserved nothing from Jesus, still believed Jesus would help him.  Because he believed, and because he didn’t just hope, but he truely believed in his heart that Jesus would heal his servant, Jesus did.
Faith is not just a hope.  Faith is believing with your whole heart.  Hope is the beginning of faith.  If you have hope, you can have faith.  Faith comes from the strongest hopes and desires within your heart.  Faith is not just believing, faith is knowing from the depths of your soul.  God gives us our faith.  Without God, you will have no hope and no faith.  You may think you do, but it will only be a false hope leading to no faith. Your faith must come from God alone, if not, then your faith and hope is only a lie that misleads you down a long road leading to empty promises.  Your faith can run as deep as you allow it.  Faith takes time to build. It is not something that happens overnight, and it is something that you never stop building on.  The more and more you build on your faith, then the more and more you come to see God’s great and awesome love for you, and just how deep his love really is for you.  Faith is something that cannot be seen, so when we are in trouble our first instinct is to turn to the things of the world that we can see.  The problem with that is, though we see worldly things, things of the world lie and deceive us.  We have been shown over and over that things of the world fail us.  The one true thing that has never failed us is the one which we do not see, God himself.  If we put our faith in God, he will never fail us, his promises are full and abundant, he will never lie, nor deceive us.
The things of this earth will not save you, but Jesus will.  You must put your faith in the Lord above and he will bless you beyond measure.  He loves you far more than you can imagine, and he wants to do great things for you, and he will.  You are his child, and he will give you the desires of your heart if you just trust him.  Trust your father with your life, for he created your life, you are his masterpiece, he will not fail you.  Have faith and be blessed, my dear friend.

You Are Special: Isaiah 41;8-10

Have you ever really wondered how special you truely are?  Yes, You!  Did you know it was you, that was personally hand picked by God himself?  He has watched you grow, he has watched you and he has walked your every step with you, good and bad.  He stood beside you during not just your best times, but also your worst as well.  He witnessed the good and the bad of you.  Yet still, though the good and the bad, he picked you out of all the quad-trillion people on this earth.  It was you he wanted, he called for you by name.  My dear, you are loved far more than you could ever image.

He wants you for his servant.  Now to be a servant of God is not the way we would think.  We hear the word servant and immediately we think; maid, slave, ect.  That is not so in this case, to be a servant of God is of the highest honor.  We cannot even begin to fathom all of the love God has for us, however; just think for a moment, think of all the love you could ever hold, now give all of that love away to anyone, and everyone you come across.  Have you exhausted all that love yet?  No you haven’t.  You have not exhausted it because you are now a servant of God.  God takes care of his servants, and he equips his servants.  As a servant you will never run out of love, you will never run low, not even by an ounce.  It is an ever flowing spring of love.  God’s love is too great for you to hold that you must share it.  To accept and share God’s love is the most amazing, wonderful blessing, as is to be a servant of God, and God chose you, you were chosen to be God’s servant.

God said he chose you, and he has not rejected you.  Not once has he ever rejected you.  He was always with you, always walking right beside you.  Because he loves YOU.  God is with you, so there is no need to fear.  He promises to strengthen you, and help you.  He will make you strong, and he will be there to guide you along the way.  The Lord your God will never leave you.  God wants you, you are his special chosen one for his specific will.  Out of all those in the world, out of all those God created, he wants you, he created you for a specific purpose far different than any other person on this earth, and God has called you.  The Lord your God promises to hold you up in his righteous right hand and give you strength and help.  You are his and he honors you with his love for you are his special chosen one.  God, the one we honor, the one for which we are all unworhty of honor from, he honors us.  He honors you with his love.  My dear, you are pretty special (-:

How many things you have searched answers for
Where do you search
Here on earth
Have you found your answers
You search here and you search there
So many unanswered
You have searched from the east to the west and from west to east
You have searched from north to south and from south to north
You have searched in material dwellings
You have searched in other human and non-human lifeforms
You search and search in everything and everyone under the sun
You have searched long and hard
You have grown tired weary
Your search has changed you from who you once were
Your search has taken you away from you
In your search you have found the answer
You cling tight and you run to your answer
Over time your answer dwindles and fades
Your answer has betrayed you
Your answer admits it’s lies
Your answer was never really your answer
My friend, your only true answer will come from the Lord above
Your answer is true and holy
Your answer may not come in your time
Yet you will find your answer in God’s time
Your father in heaven holds your answers
How long will you search this earth for fools gold
When your God in heaven holds solid gold
